M&Q Services Ltd supply and fit dust suppression systems to reduce levels of airborne dust in quarry, coal, waste and timber shredding environments.

Whatever the application, we can design and install a spray system to reduce the level of dust as far as is possible.

Dosing systems can also be fitted to dose spray systems with a small quantity of wetting agent. The chemical drastically reduces the surface tension of the spray water allowing a smaller quantity of water to be used more effectively to control dust without wetting products.

We can supply and fit complete systems, from water tank onwards, or we can supply individual parts such as pumps, strainers, pipework valves and sprays.
